There's nothing wrong with being informed. Take the time to read the packaging of everything you eat. You WILL be surprised by many of the things they put into food. If you don't understand some of the additives, look them up online. Find out what everything is. It's best to have a working knowledge of what you put into your body, and into the bodies of your family. From there, you can make more informed decisions about what to buy... brands, types of foods, and sources. Organic and all natural foods are best for you, as they try the most to only put good things into recipes, but be open-minded. There are many great options out there!
And never be ashamed of reading the back of the box!
